| Now that you have read ALL of the rules, regulations, etc there is one more step for you to take. Please copy and paste the below agreement in a reply here. When it says handler name, that is if you WISH to share what you would like to be called more familiarly than by your character name. Or if you have more than one character and don't mind other's knowing your other accounts. - Code:

I was not a lazy cad whom skimmed without actually reading, just wanting to sign and be done with this. I will abide by them and try my upmost to not violate any of the rules.
